When you do business with The Tribe, you’re not trusting your business to someone fresh out of school or sited the other side of the world (unless you’re traveling, of course!). You’re hiring decades of professionalism and business acumen, specializing in American and Canadian business processes.
Our rates are reasonable and are lower for longer commitments. We bill in 15-minute increments, so a series of simple tasks will be quite inexpensive, especially when measured against the cost of a salaried employee. Some examples:

How do our rates stack up to hiring a full time assistant? For the level of expertise we offer, you would pay $45-$65,000/year, depending on your location. But, assume that you hire someone fresh out of school in a low-salary area. You may pay as little as $30,000/year. Based on that low salary:

*”Small” tasks are those that require a short period of time to complete: travel arrangements, some research, proofreading, client contact, phone support, restaurant and car reservations, for example. This option is particularly popular with sole proprietors.
We track time used and convert your bill to hourly if your commitment has not worked in your favor. However, after hours tasks that are not paid for via a monthly commitment will be billed at time and a half.
